Q: Are there other sizes, finishes, colors etc available for the pieces in your shop?
A: Yes! Please email us at info@boudreauxdesignstudio.com and we will send you a direct link with all of the sizes and colors available for any of the items you love!
Q: How are you able to provide to-the-trade shopping access?
A: The shop is powered by Sidedoor, our industry partner that secures and fulfills your order, handles logistics and customer service. Sidedoor customer support can be contacted for any questions or concerns about deliveries and/or damages.
Q: What is your return and or cancellation policy?
A: We are not able to take returns, cancellations or exchanges as items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, all sales are final unless a product is damaged in transit. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and contact Sidedoor customer service. The Sidedoor team will arrange for a repair, or for the manufacturer to send a new piece.
Q: How will I know when my item has shipped?
A: You will receive email communication from Sidedoor regarding the progress of your order and when your order ships. Most furniture is shipped via local freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you when your furniture is ready for delivery to schedule a delivery date.
Q: Do you offer white glove delivery?
A: No, Typically to-the-trade deliveries are delivered to your door/threshold. Threshold delivery does not include placing products in specific rooms, assembly (if required), or removal of original packaging. If you require white glove delivery, it is usually available for an additional charge. Please note, we recommend white glove delivery for larger items. You may request this service at the time of scheduling delivery to ensure that the drivers are equipped with the correct number of personnel, time and tools for this service.
