It’s an honor when neighbors trust you with their business!  This project was located in Downtown Miami at Ten Museum Park.  The scope of work, per the client, was to “tart up the unit” so that it could be rented.  

The project included specifying new flooring throughout, new lighting, and redesigning the bathrooms including designing custom vanities, and replacing some of the furniture.  We also designed custom doors to separate a flexible guest room from the living room that tuck into the wall when not in use.
