This was our first project in New York City!  Our clients were investors and this condo had been rented for several years by a tenant that didn’t take very good care of the property.  

The scope of work was to assess the damage prior to the tenant vacating the premises and create a plan to make the condo rentable for our clients.  They thought they would have to replace the wood floors due to extensive damage in several areas, but we were able to save them thousands of dollars by refinishing the existing floors in a darker stain.   We also updated all lighting, electrical outlets and switches, replaced the grout in tiled areas, refinished and sealed the shower, designed and built out the closets and replaced all window treatments.

The work was completed and condo rented at an increase within a month!
