It’s said we shouldn’t pick favorites, but this was one of a few favorites.  

This was the first project we worked on which incorporated remodeling.  It was located in an architecturally interesting building in South of Fifth in Miami Beach and the client was fun to work with! 

The scope of work included new flooring, doors, lighting, kitchen design and bathroom design.  

The large format tiles made from recycled materials presented quite the challenge as they were to be glued down in South Florida humidity.  The wood veneer pendant and gold silk wall textiles were also fun finds that matched our client’s aesthetic perfectly.
