While we were wrapping up our first project in this building, a neighbor would frequently pop in to admire our work and ask “where did you get this” or “how you do that” so we told him to hire us.  He did!

The previous owner of this unit had done a lot of handyman type work himself including installing a spiral stair case which was about to fall.  Our scope of work included fixing several electrical and plumbing problems, kitchen design, bathroom design, new window treatments and designing a new stair case in their original location.
